Chief Executive - Casa Services Limited

Rachel Choy has been an Executive in the social justice, for-purpose space for thirty years across the women’s, legal justice, homelessness, international development and disability sectors. She is also an experienced director, holding a variety of roles since 1997. She is currently the CEO of Casa Services Limited, a NDIS services provider in Central Australia providing services to Aboriginal participants. It is a challenging service delivery environment for multiple reasons, and she is dedicated to ensuring that the changing face of the Care workforce as experienced by end-users and providers is represented when deliberating a credentials and training pathway.

 

 

HumanAbility collaborates with industry to conduct research, identify job market demands, assess skill requirements, create adaptive qualifications and training packages, and spearhead workforce development initiatives.
