In her previous roles with large global organisations and in smaller national businesses, private and ASX listed, Sonia has gained a broad knowledge of contemporary HR practices. She has occupied leadership roles within varied industries such as finance, logistics, health and pharmaceuticals, government and fintech.

Over her career, Sonia has enjoyed the challenge of developing HR in greenfield roles, supporting complex and commercial client groups and leading in an international capacity.

 

HumanAbility collaborates with industry to conduct research, identify job market demands, assess skill requirements, create adaptive qualifications and training packages, and spearhead workforce development initiatives.
