In her previous roles with large global organisations and in smaller national businesses, private and ASX listed, Sonia has gained a broad knowledge of contemporary human resources practices. She has occupied leadership roles within varied industries such as finance, logistics, health and pharmaceuticals, government and fintech.

Over her career, Sonia has enjoyed the challenge of developing human resources in greenfield roles, supporting complex and commercial client groups and leading in an international capacity.
