HumanAbility Projects

HumanAbility aims to lead and contribute to skilled, sustainable workforces that respond to the needs of Australia’s care and support sectors. We do this with a strategic focus on industry stewardship, collaboration and change informed by evidence.

We undertake extensive consultation and engagement to fulfil this role and ensure we pay attention to distinctions in rural and regional experiences and in the diversity of our population, including lived experience.

Our workforce projects take a deeper look into issues impacting the care and support sector workforce, researching causes and outcomes, and identifying opportunities and actions to make a positive impact.

Earn While You Learn

Our Earn While You Learn (EWYL) Research project will identify, categorise and assess current EWYL models to determine their potential application in the care and support sectors.
