Case management implementation workshops

 

The Case Management project reviewed the CHCCSM013 Facilitate and review case management unit of competency in 3 diploma qualifications:

  • CHC50221 Diploma of Community Services
  • CHC50321 Diploma of Child, Youth and Family Intervention
  • CHC50421 Diploma of Youth Work.

Following endorsement by the Skills Ministers and publishing of the final training products on the National Training Register, we are pleased to invite you to an implementation workshop for the updated unit of competency CHCCSM017 Facilitate and review case management.

This workshop is designed to support RTOs, TAFEs and other training providers in implementing the unit effectively across a range of workplace and learning contexts.
