As CEO of Service and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA), the Jobs and Skills Council responsible for Arts, Personal Services, Tourism hospitality and Retail, Natalie works closely with Human Ability in leading the national skills and workforce planning initiatives for their relevant sectors. Natalie Turmine is a highly accomplished executive with 30 years of leadership experience spanning workforce development and community impact.

She has led organisations delivering Disability employment services and NDIS programs, managed an award winning training company specialising in Aged Care, and built social enterprises, community services, and homelessness programs alongside her broader work in employment, apprenticeships, Indigenous initiatives, and vocational training.

She also holds a number of governance roles, including Chair of the Australian Racing Drivers Club & Sydney Motorsport Park, Non-Executive Director of Hydrogen House Australia, and State Councillor for Business NSW and Councillor for the NSW 24hour Economy.

 

HumanAbility collaborates with industry to conduct research, identify job market demands, assess skill requirements, create adaptive qualifications and training packages, and spearhead workforce development initiatives.
