Chief of Staff and Government Relations Lead 

Olivia is a public affairs strategist with extensive experience in public policy, media and communications and government relations. Olivia has worked in international development, the women’s, legal and community sectors on policy issues including reforming the family law and child support systems, misidentification, reducing the criminalisation of young people in the care system and lifting rates of income support. She has led organisational strategies to engage or respond to multiple federal budget and elections and has overseen the development and implementation of national, multi-million-dollar, award-winning behaviour change campaigns to address violence against women.

 

HumanAbility collaborates with industry to conduct research, identify job market demands, assess skill requirements, create adaptive qualifications and training packages, and spearhead workforce development initiatives.
