We are aware of phishing emails that appear to have originated from a HumanAbility email address due to a compromised account.
These emails include subject lines referencing payment. We have taken internal steps in response.

If you receive an email that appears to be from HumanAbility and relates to payment, or otherwise seems unusual or unexpected, please treat it as suspicious and do not click on any links.

For guidance, we recommend contacting your organisation’s IT team or the Australian Cyber Security Hotline, available 24 hours a day on 1300 292 371.
